- Join Harley this Summer - An outdoor session flowing into the evening with nothing but positivity! - The class will consist of a light free flowing Pilates taught by Harley, a Yogi tea break, followed by Stretch & Meditation - Finishing off with unwinding, soaking up the suns energy & gentle meditation. What you need to bring: - Yoga mat - Water - Layer / blanket for meditation
