- A favourite class for so many - it's super fun and a super sweat! REMINDER: Please bring your own boxing gloves, you can borrow some from the gym if you want to test out class first, but they are a bit smelly! - Good quality boxing gloves can be bought off my website or at the gym with cash. - You need either 10oz, 12oz, 14 or 16oz. - Please read the parking info on the confirmation e-mail.
