Friday - 6:45am till 7:30am

Boxercise is a fun sweaty class with a mixture of bag & bodyweight work - a full body blast!
Although it can be quite an intense class - I love to welcome new people and encourage them to suit the level to their own pace - no judgement here, we welcome everyone through the door!
Please bring your own boxing gloves if you have them.
If you do not have some yet but want to try the class out, you can borrow from the gym.
Wednesday - 10am till 10:45am
NOTE: Class runs outdoors during the warmer months, then moves indoors during the colder months. When you click 'book' you will be able to see which class is available to book and the location.
If you struggle to get to the gym due to child care - this is the perfect class for you!
A chance for mumma's to get out, socialise and attempt you get some exercise in!
It also gives your little one/s a chance to run free in a big open space and mix with other children too. Sounds like chaos? It kinda is!
But we zone out (sometimes) & focus on our mama workout - it is so important for mamas to get some activity in
There is no age limit on the children - they do not have to be small baby's!
Non-mummy's also welcome OR even if you are a mum, you can come without your children too!
Prices vary depedning on duration
One to one training to have personal workouts.
Sessions can be booked for either 45 minutes or 30 minutes in duration.
Sessions can be booked at the gym or home studio.
