MUM TUMS CLASS

THURSDAY'S: 10:15AM - 11:00AM

£4 per class

If you struggle to get to the gym due to child care - this is the perfect class for you!

A chance for mumma's to get out, socialise and attempt you get some exercise in! 

It also gives your little one/s a chance to run free in a big open space and mix with other children too. 

There is no age limit on the children - they do not have to be small baby's! 

Non-mummy's also welcome OR even if you are a mum, you can come without your children too! 

BOXERCISE CLASS

TUESDAY'S: 19:00PM - 20:00PM

£4 per class

Boxercise is a fun sweaty class with a mixture of bag & bodyweight work - a full body blast! 


Although it is quite an intense class -  I love to welcome new people and encourage them to suit the level to their own pace - no judgement here, we welcome everyone through the door! 

Please bring your own boxing gloves if you have them. 

If you do not have some yet but want to try the class out, you can borrow if available.

BOOTY BOP CLASS

WEDNESDAY'S: 5:45PM - 6:30PM 

£4 per class

Booty Bop is a fun workout using Resistance Bands!

The class is a mix between high & low impact. We use upbeat music to get you burning and bouncing around, having a laugh together and a good sweaty workout!


Please bring your booty band to class - 

Available to buy online before class or at the gym when you arrive.
