PERSONAL TRAINING 


PRE & POST NATAL TRAINING

Personal training is all about YOU. I get to know each client individually to find out their strengths and areas to work on. Personal training isn't just about fitness, it's about building that relationship between trainer ad client, to get to where you WANT to be.

I also am fully qualified to train those who may be looking to stay active SAFELY during their pregnancy, or get back into it after giving birth. The main thing is feeling safe and doing what is best for both mummy and baby. There are so many benefits to training both during and after pregnancy!

HOME WORKOUTS

Streamed via a private Facebook group for just £9 a month. 
Hundreds of workouts to choose from at a time to suit you. 
Perfect if you cannot get to a gym or prefer not to.

FITNESS CLASSES

I offer a few different classes to suit different people. They vary in intensity and finding the one for you to suit your current fitness levels might just be that push you need. Classes can often allow people to feel more comfortable if they're easing themselves into something new whilst being motivated by others around you.
