A chance for mums and children to move and socialise 💪🧘♀️ * Special visit from Santa! * A light hearted workout taught by Harley - this is for mums but an also include children where age appropriate * Pregnancy & Post-partum specialist yoga teacher Mel will lead a gentle flow post workout * Face art will be available to children from MUA & childrens face art specialist Alexi Rose * Toys will be set up from children to roam around * Christmas yogi tea provided by teachers
