- CLASS IS PART OF AN 6 WEEK BOOTY-CAMP THIS SUMMER 📣 However, those who are NOT committing to the 6 week programme can book this individual class on a weekly basis! - A mix between upbeat exercises to include more of a sweat and an element of cardio - plus super fun! (But - remember to squeeze your pelvic floor muscles or wear a tena lady)! 💦🤣 - We also include low impact exercises for more slow burners - focusing on strength & resistance 🔥🍑 - Bring your resistance band if you have one! 🔥 - HFit Booty bands available to buy.
